Small radial fan SK
Size and range of capacity
VAKUTEC®-light duty radial fans with nomenclature VL are one-side take in, corrosion resistant fans. There are two different sizes manufactured :
The SK7 with inlet-diameter of 75mm
The SK11 with inlet-diameter of 110mm
Specially adjustable for small fume cupboards, chemical storage cabinets, chemical containers, extracting vapors from tables etc This makes it possible to use a controlled suction of atmospheres till a volume flow rate of 370m³/h and a total pressure increase of 450 Pa.
The sound power level in 1 meter distance and mounted inlet- and outlet ducts amounts (depending of motor typ and motor manufacturer) to :
Type SK7 ~52-58dB(A)
Type SK11 ~55-61dB(A)
The fan wheels of both types are manufactured with injektion molding of duroplast material in Polyprophylen (PP). The casing of type SK7 is manufactured with injektion molding of duroplast material in Polyprophylen (PP). The casing of type SK11 is manufactured by PVC or PPs in a vacuum process.
Cause of their compact dimensions and their low weigth
SK7 ~4,5kg (with Ex-protected motor ~9,5 kg)
SK11 ~5,5kg (with Ex-protected motor ~10,5 kg)
The fans SK 7 and SK 11 can be installed in any desired position. In accordance with the local requirement the versions A, B, C or D can be choosen. In standard the version C is manufactured in position GL360. In special construction all positions of direction of rotation GL (left) are possible .
The fan wheels are standard equipped :
SK7 with 12 forward curved vanes
SK11 with 6 reverse curved vanes
The fan wheels of both types are manufactured with injektion molding, with the result that, quality and balancing is constant optimal.
Drive unit and motor
The fan wheel is driven direkt by a motor wich is flanged at the casing. The motor is a one-phase motor, structural shape B5 in protection IP55, 230V, 60W, 50 Hz, 2800 r.p.m.. On request the fans can be delivered with a three-phase or a Ex-protected motor.
